Need Expert Advise.!!!

nakabili po ako ng aso, "german sheperd", with pcci paper, last march. 2 months pa lang un puppy that time. after 4 months parang iba un itsura ng aso compared sa mga pure breed na german sheperd. nag join ako ng forum ng german sheperd breeders and showed them the pictures of my dog and they told me it was a crossbreed. gusto ko sana isoli un aso sa binilhan ko. kaso nasa abroad na daw un tao. nakausap ko un caretaker ng aso ng binilhan ko and they insist na pure breed un ibinenta nila sakin. my questions are these ;

1. do i still have the right to refund after 4 months?

2. can i file a 'fraud' complaint against the seller? and if i can, what evidence do i need to produce?

all i have are pictures of the dog as it grows. and pcci told me they can issue a certification that the dog is a crossbreed.

do you sales contract or any documents showing proof of sale or receipt of payment when you purchased the dog?

wala po eh....sa probinsya po kasi. basta binigay ko lang bayad tapos ibinigay sakin yun aso saka un registration certificate nya from PCCI.

hindi po ba pwede mag file ng complaint kung wala proof of purchase?

not hindi pero mahirap.

hehehe, ganun nga po sabi ng erpat ko eh......so hindi ko din pala pwede gamitin certification ng PCCI na cross breed un aso?
