8 yrs n nakalipas mula ng mastroke ang husband ko my 1 anak kmi 5 yrs po kmi d magkasama sa haus pro d nmn po hiwalay I just need advice anu po ba ang obligasyon ko sa Knya simula pa po kc Nung ngsama kami ako n lahat. Pano po ba mbabawasan o mapapagaan ang obligasyon ko sa Knya? How about annulment?

You are asking kung ano po ang obligation mo sa kanya?

"The husband and wife are obliged to live together, observe mutual love, respect and fidelity, and render mutual help and support." (Art. 68. of the Family Code)

Let us set aside the law. morally, the moment na binigkas nyo katagang "i do". itinatali nyo ang sarili nyo sa isat-isa. mag-tutulungan sa buhay at mag-mamahalan. di po ba? so dun pa lang po dapat alam na natin ang "obligations" natin sa asawa natin. we don't a law para malaman yun. With or without those law, sa puso natin alam natin kung ano ang nararapat.  Very Happy

Mahirap na po Kasi at napakakomplikado na ng sitwasyon dumating na ngayon sa punto n Marami na silang demand at wala ng gustong tumanggap sa Kanya dahil Di na normal ang isip Nya. OFW po aq d po permanent ang work ko dito 9 yr old plng ung anak ko need ko po mag ipon para sa Kanya
