Good day.

I desperately need help from you guys. Btw, I am a permanent public school teacher.

So last school year (2013-2014) a co teacher asked us if we can be comaker because was in need of 4 people for her to be able to avail of loans. She has 3 loans from seperate cooperatives, 150k, 100k and 50k. We asked her if she has intentions of going outside the coubtry and she said no.

October of last year, she went abroad and we didnt know why her clearance were signed. She promised that she would pay the loans but she did not pay a single centavo till now. She even told our boss that she sends money monthly and her sister pays her debts in Manila Teachers Association.

Today i received a letter saying that they will deduct from all of us if she does not pay after 30 days. She is now resigned and we could not contact her and shes not replying on FAceBook.

Pls help. Can we sue her for this? Thank you.
