My sister threatens to kill me she was texting me and says that she would do anything until she kills me. She lives not to far away from me. She says " magingat ka sa paglalakad lagi ako may dalang panaksak baka di mo mamalayan habang nakatalikod ka mapatay kita". She's an addict and already been in jail because of it. Can i file any case againts her? Or what can i do legally to make her stop , she even theatens to kill my children.
