Atty, ask ko lng po, yung house po namin ay itinayo sa land na nakapangalan sa husband ko pero binili yung land ng parents nya nung sya ay binata pa.Lahat ng documents and permit ng house ay under the name of my husband since sister nya yun nag-asikaso ng papers and I'm working here in Manila( nasa province po yun property.Share po kami ng husband ko sa naging cost nung bahay. kasal na po pala kami bago itinayo yun house. Is the house considered conjugal property or belongs only to my husband?
