Hello guys,

During my first company (I am working wih them 2 years until now), I have my BASIC SALARY and allowances deducted by withholding taxes and other government mandated benefits such as SSS, pagibig and philhealth MONTHLY.

However, recently I got a JO from another company. Based on the paper, it says "Basic NET salary: 40,000". (Not actual amount). And it is not stated in the JO what basic NET salary means. So I further communicate with the HR to clarify this.

They said that during my 4 months probationary period, there will be NO DEDUCTION (he used that term). Meaning I will get the whole 40k during probationary period. Then upon regularization, they will shoulder my taxes and govm't mandated benefits so that I will still get 40K so my gross pay would be around 52k upon reg. I insist na ilagay din nila yung gross amount na 52k upon regularization but they refused to do. They will issue addendum na lang containing the gross pay upon regularization.

Is it really possible to get the whole 40k w/out deducting taxes during probi? He said that they will not pay for my taxes during probationary period and it's up to me daw if I pay it.

Cguro, if ever na i accept ko yung JO, I will not pay na rin para makuha ko nang buo yung 40k. Is it possible?

Or baka naman makukuha ko nga nang buo yung 40k every month pero if magfile na ako ng ITR yearly saka lalagyan nila ng tax yung na earn ko during probi period? If that's the case, parang hindi net yung 40k monthly and they are only playing words just to accept the offer?

I hope someone could answer me.

TIA

kung ang ni promise nang company eh net 40K.. then sagot na nila tax and other payments like SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc. Make sure this is in writing bago ka pumirma.. Usually ganito mga contract nang mga consultant.. what's written in their contract is the NET amount.. so they get that monthly, then the agency or company pays for everything..
