Im trying to get my fiancee children to australia,they had the kids when the father is still married to another woman. So we needed the fathers consent for kids to migrate.but he said with conditions to put in the consent, so he doesnt need to give financial support and not change their lastname do weneed to oblige to his conditions?

IMO, any agreement that will violate the lawful rights of the child(ren) shall not be acceptable.

I mean once theyre here im planning on changing their last name im wonderinf since its just a consent for them to travel it shouldnt have any issue with us changing rheir surname later on
