Hi everyone,

I would like to ask when a resignation is considered by law as valid.

I submitted my immediate resignation letter (1 week notice) because my manager told me to do so when I asked for his permission (given that I know the minimum notice duration should be 30 days).

The resignation letter was signed as "acknowledge and accepted".

Now, she is threatening me of being liable for damages that may be inflicted by my immediate resignation.

I want to know if her signature for acknowledgement and acceptance is enough for me to be free of any liabilities.

Thanks.

Depends on liability -

Training bonds that are in effect are still enforceable. SSS and other loans are still collectible.

Right now, I don't think I signed any training bonds.

Does that mean I am free with the liabilities?

Is my resignation already considered valid?
