i need some legal advice. my bf lied to me about his marrital status and got me pregnant. he's married but separated from his legal wife and lives with another woman whom he has a son with. i had a miscarriage though. so i tried to go on with my life but his current partner is trying to ruin my me. she got access to the fake facebook acct of the guy which he created for me and then she posts the screenshots of me and the guy's conversation on fb and she also tagged the people who have the same surname as me and also the people from my hometown. She also inboxed them the screenshots of our intimate conversation that contains nude pics. I consulted a lawyer and was told i can sue both of them. however, the lawyer wants 60% of whatever i can get and a 15k downpayment. now i find that unfair. since he will be getting 60%, he must also take the risk of not getting anything in case i lose the case. Can you also tell me my chances of winning the case? i have all the evidence. i was the one who signed the log when we check out of the hotel we stayed at and i have pics of him when we were in the hotel. my fb acct is deactivated so once i activate it, we can see the "in a relationship" status with his name hyperlink so we know it's his fb acct that does the scandalous posts. my friend also received the screenshot of the private convo that contains nude pic so even if they will deactivate the account, the private messages still appear on my friends' inbox.

Inform and report it to FB about it! They can block all those pictures! Also get another lawyer as the lawyer fee percentage is only 10% out of what you can get with the case! Try PAO!

hi! thanks for the response. i already tried reporting it to FB many times na but the f'n website will just tell me to "ask the him to delete the posts". I didnt try PAO because my workmate who's studying law told me na pao will not accept my case kasi daw (for lack of words) something private daw siya. parang ganun.

Rubbish! I guess it's your workmate who recommended the lawyer who is asking 60% right? Have you tried to approach PAO before believing what your workmate said?

the lawyer actually was referred by the other workmate ko din. friend ng workmate ko yung lawyer. she knows the whole story. naka receive din siya ng screenshot sa inbox niya. it was actually her who talked to her friend na lawyer tapos yun daw sabi ng lawyer.

For sure your friend has asked for commissions for referral. Approach PAO! You'll see a lot of difference! Why allow people to cheat you? If they can see you're desperate with the case of course they will grab the opportunity.

okay nalang sana kahit 60% kung wala din akong loss risk. may downpayment kasi eh 15k so ibig sabihin pag natalo my 15k siya. and i lost 15k. pag nanalo mas malake pa ang makukuha nya. if you think about it, ako yung naagrabyado kaya ako magsasampa dapat ako ang mas nakaka benefit sa monetary compensation. sige, i'll try PAO tomorrow kagad. thanks ha
