There was a standard in the company that usually, you cannot get promoted until regularization unless maybe there is an evaluation form.
Last April, I was promised to get the title. When I spent the whole month doing a follow up, my manager just told me that he will not give me the title since I was not able to meet my goals.
I did not sign anything when it comes to goals that needed to be attained.
He then started the evaluation form only after regularization which was wrong in my perception since I was promised the job already, although verbally though. And there was no expectation given that I need to have an evaluation after only regularization.
I asked for HR's help - only to be told that I will get a feedback and nothing was given to me up to now.
I already resigned immediately because I felt insulted.
Can I file a case in NLRC for this one?
