Good Morning Atty.

I just wanna ask if i could possibly file a case to my boyfriend who owe me a big amount of money. I let him borrow little by little until it become bigger amount through Ml Lhullier to help him in his training and applying abroad. As I trust him I let him and help him. He promise me to pay for it. What if He did not pay can I file a case with him?? HOw??

So there will be no case if not put into writing.... but the transactions in MLhullier could it be the basis/proof of filing a case...

Is it under his name when the jewelries was pawned? Or under your name? Still not enough evidence as you voluntarily gave the money and did not put it in writing that he owes you!

We did not pawned but transfer of money using MLlhullier... Would the receipts cant be the basis....

He can easily deny it by saying you have sent it voluntarily or you owe him money! Sorry not enough evidence!
