hi,may boyfriend po ako at may baby na kami were not married but my child used his surname dahil gusto niya po.ask ko po if sakaling mamatay sya may karapatan ba ang anak ko sa pera niya?d ko kasundo ang pamilya niya at umaasa lang sa kanya ang mga kapatid niya sino ang mas may karapatan,, help me pls..

if he signed the birth certificate, then he is entitled to inherit with his other heirs.

opo pinirmahan niya po yung birthcert ng anak namin ang ikinababahala ko po is ung family niya masyado pong nakikielam pano po pag naghabol ung mga kapatid niya ? mas may karapatan po ba ang anak namin sa lahat lahat?salamat po

ask ko po pano pag namatay sya na baby pa ung baby namin i mean wala pa po in a right age ano po mangyayari?tsaka pano po pag ibang babae ang pakasalan niya at magkaanak sila may karapatan pa din ba ang anak ko sa pera niya?
