Tanong ko lang po, ang daily rate po ba comes from the basic pay and the tax shield allowance? For example 4750 ang basic pay then 750 ang allowance bi-monthly, ang computation po ba for the rate per day would be:

4750 (basic pay) + 750 (allowance) = 5500/11 (default days) = 500 is the daily rate.

Tama po ba ang computation?

Kasi may lawyer po daw nag sabi sa newly hired person sa company namin which is not an HR personnel na "the per day computation of salary comes from the basic pay and the tax shield allowance". So kung may absent ang employee eh makakaltasan din ang allowance since covered sya ng daily rate.

Pagkakaalam ko po kasi is

Basic Bi-monthly Pay/11 = Daily Rate

Basic Pay - absents/lates - benefits + allowance = Salary

Please advice po.

Thanks,
Miss L

tama yun.. yung allowance nyo depende din sa pinasok mo.. kung 10 araw kang absent.. alangan namang bigay yung buong 750 na allowance.. hindi ba unfair naman yun sa company?
