may habol pa po ba ko pag in AWOL nako ng dati ko Employer

Magandang hapon po, i just like to ask if anu pa po ba ang habol ko kapag in AWOL nako ng Boss ko dahil hindi ako nakapag turnover?ganito po kasi un,,nag file ako ng Resignation effective immediately,that was almost 3yrs ago. kinausap ako ng Dept.head namin na dapat daw po makapag turnover pa ko before leaving the company for proper documentations & all. so i told them OK,pero mag leave muna ako (friday kasi nun) so sabi ko mga Tuesday next week na ko makakapasok, OK daw..then, i got a message tru text saying na BANNED na daw ako dun at di na pde pumasok.  Inisip ko nun na OK na lang,,,hwag ko ng habulin pa un last payroll ko,,,but now,,gusto ko syang i claimed kahit na di ako ma clear sa Employer ko(under Agency kami eh),,i ask kung panung gagagwin ko(agency),they told me na mag complied sa mga requirements na dapat i surrender(wish i did),,then now their telling me na di raw pipirmahan ng Employer ko un Clearance ko(dahil nga daw na AWOL ako),so im claiming na lang po sana un last pay ko, pls.advise kung meron pa po ba talaga akong habol dun sa last pay ko po at 13th month pa??thanks in advance, hope to hear from you soon..God Bless!!

1. Di pwede mag compute ng last pay hanggang di ka pa cleared, kasi baka meron kang utang, etc, so yung clearance ang magpapatakbo ng huling sweldo mo.

2. Money claims prescribe (expire) in 3 years from end of employment. So you might not be entitled anymore.
