Probationary immediate resignation

Hi Atty.

I recently have a job. but they are forcing us to
take overtime till dawn but there's no overtime
pay! Sales daw po kasi kami pero Hindi pa naman
ako regular so walang incentives. they gave me a
big account then forcing me to stay late in the
office. Then, I decided to resign. I told my manager
about my plan. after a week, nag-AWOL na ko. I
haven't submit any resignation letter yet kasi they
want me to stay pa for a month eh di ko na tlaga
kaya yung ganun
Nakaone month palang naman ako sa company.
and now, they're asking me to come in the office
or else they will post my photo on the newspapers.
Seems na pinagbabantaan nila ko. what should I
do Atty.? please help po
I'm planning nalang na gumawa ng immediate resignation. is that OK po ba?

walang immediate resignation.. must be 30 days notice.

I've searched on the internet. There is!

pwede ang IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION if ONLY APPROVED by the management
