is death of Husband can void their marriage.

** My gf was Married 10 years ago pero 3 mos lng cla nag sama ng guy then got separated ng magulang nila (no kids at all). since then di na nya nakita ung husband nya until now..then we found out that the guy is already dead.

** and my Gf don't care what happen to him. i just want to ask and have a clear view. co'z we are planning to get married.

** do we still to file any legal action to get married even his husband is deceased?

I am no Attorney but I would personally think that if her husband is deceased (and she can get a genuine copy of his Death Certificate) then that would make her a widow, and also personally I think that would make her "single and legally free" to marry again

I would think the Death Certificate will be same as "singleness papers"
