Arresto Menor

Nakasangla po ang Atm namin tapos yung pinagsanglaan po malaki po ang patubo tinatakot nya po kami nagpapadala pa po ng pulis sa bahay kakasuhan nya daw po kami ng stafa. eh nasa kanya naman po ung mga atm namin.. makakasuhan nya ba kami ng stafa kung wala naman pong kasulatan na pinirmahan at wala syang permit sa business nya.. pwede po ba namin sya kasuhan? at kung anung kaso po ang pupwede ikaso sa kanya?
