Ground for Employee Termination w/ no 30 days notice

Good morning po!

Ask ko lang po kung pwede ko po bang maging ground for employee termination ang unlawful instruction sa akin na papirmahin ng antedated appointment letters ang mga contractual workers namin na mahigit 6 months na nagwowork dun sa principal namin? by the way we are a local agency under D.O. No.18-A

Meaning to say, valid ground po ba ito para hindi na ko mag-render ng 30 days notice?
Illegal po ba ang hindi pagpapapirma ng Required Contracts sa contractual employee bago mag-engage sa service?

I need your immediate advise.

Yung ginagawa ng employer mo ay maling mali at illegal..pero MAGPAALAM KA NG MAAYOS ng wala silang masabi sa iyo.. render 30 days.
