over time

hi guys... needing assistance please...
i sign u for an overtime kaya lang hnd na ko nakapasok kasi wala mama ko, after a week hinahabol ako ng tl ko pra sa isang nte and ang nakalagay sa offense is awol or ncns... yung overtime na ayun eh hugot lang pra magcalls sa ibang account... may pinirmaahan ako na form pra sa ot na yun pero hnd nakalagay sa form na pag hnd ka naakapasok sa ot mo may nte ka...

shempre i dont agree dun sa nte na siniserve saken for final written warning... tapos tong tl ko pinapapasok ako pra mg ot ulet at kunin yung training pero this time mag 9 days na straight na pasok ako... tama ba yung ginagawa nya saken? hnd ko paren kasi papasukan yung ot nya dahil binigyan nya ko ng final written at 9 days pa ko papasok ng walang pinipirmahan sa kanya tungkol dun... bawal po yun db?
