STORY: Working in a fastfood. March 26, 2014 I was assigned as Manager in charge, Counter manager and as Safe manager. Around 10:45am I entered inside the managers office and opened the safe (bolt) and placed a deposit envelop amounting to P41549 inside the bolt baka kasi ma-misplace ko kaya doon ko nilagay. According to the cctv I failed to armed the safe 6 times from the time na mailagay ko yung deposit envelop hanggang mai-turn over ko yung safe key sa susunod na manager. Before 1pm I closed the safe fund dahil parating na din naman yung kasunod na manager, naibigay ko yung safe key para iverify around 1:20pm. Totally nawala talaga sa isip ko yung nilagay kong deposit envelop amounting to P41549 sa loob ng safe around 10:45am, and ang nagyari pa may gap na 15secs from the time na binuksan nya yung safe hanggang makabalik ako sa office dahil may pinuntahan pa ko sandali sa lobby area. Ang natandaan ko na lang na nai-deposit ko sa loob ng SDB or safe deposit box ay yung 2nd deposit amounting to P35k, around 3pm ko na naideposit, yung P41549 nawala talaga sa isip ko. Madaling araw ko na nalaman about P41549 na hindi nai-deposit inside the SDB and hindi rin nakasulat sa safe deposit logbook, dahil hindi mai-tally ni closing manager yung total deposit at may variance nga kaya ininform nila ko. Sure talaga ko naiwan ko sa loob ng safe yung 41K wala nga lang po ako witness, at ayaw din umamin nung kasunod kong manager na may nakita sya deposit envelop worth P41549.

Please help po, what should be the content of my show cause letter para kahit papano maiwasan ko ang termination and instead resign na lang. Wala talaga ko ibabayad sa kanila
