please help. i had a cesarean section and a ligation process last july 2013, after 8 months i became pregnant again. i had my ligation already, so i expect not to get pregnant again. do u think the doctors who made the process failed? if they failed, do i have the right to bring it to the court? what is my chances to win the case? being pregnant again is not a good idea for me because i have 3 kids who is still very young (5 years old, 4 years old and 8 months old). please give me an advise...thanks a lot.
