Hi everyone, I purchased a property in Q.C. 2 years back and since I was only 26 that time, I did not know that the seller should cancel the annotations at the back before the title gets transferred to me. Right now, the title is under my name and I needed to cancel 2 annotations so I could loan money from the bank.

Section 7 R.A. 26
I hope somebody to give me the steps to cancel them
