Gusto ko pong magfile ng case sa employer ko dahil nalaman kong unregistered pala yung company sa BIR at DTI. Delayed ang salary namin na umabot na nga ng 3 months at tinerminate na pala ako ng hindi ko alam.

Ano pong kailangan kong ipresent sa pagffile ng case?
Ang meron lang po ako ay email trail.
Informal po ang set up dahil 5 lang kaming employee.

Prof that you are an employee of that company. E.g id, contracts, etc
