Hi, I'm a contract of service employee for the Department Of National Defense (DND), and I would like to ask for advice. In my contract, it is clearly stated that the pay we would receive each month amounts to 18,549.00 Pesos, but in a recent development, we were told that we would have a cut in our paycheck. They're saying its a directive from DBM. Is this even legal? Isn't this some sort of breach of conbtract? And what possible action against this can we do?
