Good pm po. LAst january po i went through an eye surgery. Naka leave of absent po ako ng almost 3 months. Ngayun po i decided to resign immediately kasi po bukod sa ayoko na e ayoko pong uling mapagod ang mata ko because of the nature of the work ( call center agent po ako) so i submitted po ng resignation letter ko thru email( dinaan ko po sa email ng superior ko).So ang tanong ko po am i entitled for such kind of resignation?. makakakuha pa po ba ako ng backpay?. If I have all the documentary evidence attached on my resignation letter and it was explained that the mere reason that I am resigning is that my personal principles do not conform with the company's activities etc. Do I have the right to have an irrevocable immediate resignation? Can I ask for clearance then and then as well as final payment? If I can provide them all the documents and the turn over form that I need to give them? I need your advice. By the way, I'm HR-Admin manager....(if it may affect your opinion) Thanks much!
