wife got pregnant by other man

im desperately need legal advice
ganito po ang nangyari ako po ay currently nsa pilipinas with 2 kids yung asawa ko po na permanent resident sa canada ay nabuntis po ng ibang lalaki na pilipino din at gave birth last 2011. 2 taon nka lipas tsaka ko lang nalaman ang totoo dahil nung una ay sinasabi nya at ng pamilya nya na anak ng kapatid nya. later on inamin nya na saakin ang totoo sa viber message. meron po ako nakuhang mga picture nila nung binyag ng bata at mga pictures po nila. at nalaman ko din na saakin nka pangalan po yung bata. anu po ang pwede kong gawin legal actions sa asawa ko? pwede ko ba sila i report sa embassy? at immigration? please help

Nothing you can do if she's outside the country and if she already has permanent residence! Infidelity abroad is not a serious matter! They don't even get involve with bigamy cases unless your presence is there and also a resident then you may be able to file a case against your wife!

this is too sad. i cant even fight for my rights..if i report her to the immigration and tell them the matter?

Sorry to say but! In Western country they don't pay attention with infidelity.
