Good afternoon po ask po me ng tulong, advice to just make this clear for me.
My friend acted as my behalf in paying the amortization of the credit card, i nacknowledge po niya infront of the bank representative now they (the bank and her)had an agreement on which to pay she didn't comply, reason, alang pera but latter, she did pay just recently. But before, months ago, i gave her something to sign galing sa bank which stated defaulted n ung agreement nila and the bank will pursue case. Am I still liable in that since then She is the one who signed two agreements with the bank? And also the bank waived me in paying the debt. Can I also asked kung pwede ho ba akong maka hingi ng waiver s bank. Thank you po hoping for your favorable response.
