good afternoon
my name is francis furio, im a civil engineer, sir itatanong kulang po kung ano po ang pwede kung gawing legal action or sasabihin s company n ayaw mag pirma nang clearance ko.
bali nag start po ako last july 04, 2013, when i started till ung wala n ako s company wala po ako napirmahang contract.
sabi nila for regularization ung contract, and ipapadala nalng nila s akin pag nasa site nako.
pero dumaan naang ilang buwan wala pong contract, even evaluation for regularization wala po nangyare.
jan. 4 which i know my contract will end still wala po sila advice and im still working,
pinabayaan ko po, kc i need a job and i really like my position and my job. unfortunately 2 of my family member died in a week last january.
nkapag file po ako nang leave, but 3 days after nang leave ko my lola died thats why i decided to stay s wake nang family member ko till ung burial nila.
i know that im already awol that time, but they never give me notice n terminated n ako but i know pag awol automatically terminated.

start nang d ako nka pasok is 14-18
i went back janauary 21. i was hoping i could still ask them for reconsideration because of what had happen.
when i went to HR, of course i dont have any idea, but still hoping na ma reconsider.
HR never give me concrete statement regarding on my status. thats why, i ask HR, what she said was yes your'e already terminated.
i ask them if pwede ma reconsider kahit dna ako makabalik basta wag lang terminated coz sayang ung makukuha kung COE
i ask them kung pwedeng end of contract nlang because natapos ko nman ung contract ko even wala ako napirmahan.
HR said hindi daw po pwede, mag resign nlang daw ako, then that time pinagawa agad ako nang resignation letter.
i ask them if i'll still render 30 days turn over, but the HR said HINDI n, kc natapos mo nman ung project, just turn over the documents. which i did turn over the documents.
im expecting na mapipirmahan agad ung clearance ko but up to now hindi p nila pinipirmahan.
mag 1 months n this feb 21, and ung COE ko nlnag po kc hinihintay nang new employer ko. i need to start immidiately for my expenses and to help my family.
