hello atty i need help po so badly. my brother is based abroad aand he wants to get married soon and he's 25 yrs old. He needs a rebribboned BC and Cenomar. Im able to get the Cenomar and BC redribboned and send it to them abroad. kya lng when they applied for marriage need dw po ng annotations s BC nya. What will i do po para maayos ko ito since nsa abroad po sya.. Ska ok lng po ba na aq ang i authorized nya.. Im just his half sister... thank you .. your reply could help us a lot...
