We own a condominium unit in a small bldg in Makati and we've been paying our water utility bills to the owner, however, they have not issued us any receipt for the past 3 months. We've been asking for the receipt but they said that they do not issue receipts for water bills. Is this legal?
Also, they have been billing us for Real Property Tax for common areas. Are we required to pay for such?
Lastly, they are also billing us for the City's Annual Inspection Fee - which contain Bldg Fee, Plumbing Permit, Electrical Permit, Mechanical Permit. Are we also required to pay for such?
