Arresto Menor

Ang water bills po sa mga condo namin are processed by the condo administration. Ang problema po meron 'system loss' na halos kasing mahal ng water consumption namin, kung 350 and consumption, 275 and system loss. ilang meeting na ang ginawa pero di nare-resolve ang issue. tapos pag di binayaran ang system loss tinatanggal nila ang metro tapos maniningil ng 300 plus for reconnection. gusto namin mag-file ng complaint pero di nami alam kung saan sya pwedeng i-file. help please. thanks
