Hi!

Would like to ask for recommendations on how we can come up with conditions for the settlement of a case.

Case is Violence Against women. Story is my friend was beaten up badly by her then partner.. they underwent preliminaries wherein the guy actually fabricated stories with no basis to his defense..turns out now he wants a settlement..

can you give a ballpark figure of settlement amount or what conditions would be acceptable. (even if he doesn't deserve any consideration)

you can ask for anything, but it all depends on reaching a figure that both parties will accept.
