Amicable settlement

If amicable settlement was held before filing the case, is it possible that the complainant will demand what they want or the accused can do something just to the to avoid the complainant from filing case... what are the rights of the accused if she is not guilty of the all accusations?

a settlement will not prevent all kinds of cases.

if the accused can prove that not all he accusations are not true, then only the true ones will be filed against her.
