ngwowork ako sa isang bpo company for 2 years. i decided to submit my resignation letter on the 31th of dec. last date would be on 30th of january 2014.
umabsent ako ng january 4,5,6. reason ko for medical examination, sa 6 ncns
no one inform me na meron na daw akong return to work notice, it was sent on the 6 via express mail. wala akong nareceived, neither text nor call. so (WALA AKONG ALAM)
january 7 and 8 is my off.
pagpasok ko nakahold na ung salary ko this january 15. hindi na daw malift up kc tapos na ung cutoff ng january 7. so ung salary ko ng january 15th,30th and also on Febuary 15 sa back pay nlng and approximately TWO to THREE months daw makukuha ung back pay.
i supposed to render 30days not 45days!
question tama po ba process nila?
gusto ko sanang mangyari last day ko sa 15th ng january since na hold na ung salary ngaun 15th. so 30days na ako ngrender.
