Good day atty,

Ask ko lang po sana if pede ako mag pablotter regarding sa utang ng kakilala ko na hindi nya nababayaran..She promised to pay me after 6 months pero di na po xa nagparamdam...It Means tinakbuhan na nya ako... I still have her name and the receipts ng mga hiram nya sakin pero ung iba nawala na...Through money transfer ko kasi xa pinapadalhan... Verbal lang po kasi ung usapan namin. kasi may tiwala ako sa kanya... Any advice po? Thanks....
