I had a son sa ka live in partner ko before and naka apelyido sa kanya to. He is not supporting the child. Now I am married and have a daughter na rin. Sa family namin yung son ko lang ang naiba ng surname. May magagawa ba ako dito kasi I don't want my son to feel na iba sya. And his father nagpaparamdam lang sa kanya pag birthday nya. Is there a way that i could have his name changed legally?

you and your husband should adopt your illegitimate son so that he becomes both your legitimate child. he can then carry your husband's name.

What if hindi pumayag yung real father? He always claim he is the father pero wala naman kahit anong sustento. He can't even support himself. Is there a way that i could force him to have his son adopted na ng husband ko using the idea na hindi sya nagsusustento?
