Hi,tanong ko lang kasi my bills ako dumating, nung nagka typhoon dito sa nueva ecija 1month wala kami kuryente at putol and mga wire ng kuryente, pati mga telephone wires and internet connections wires mga putol din. My dumating ako bill na hindi ko naman nagamit dahil nga sa bagyo tapos gusto nila bayaran namin kahit hindi namin nagamit anong kaso po ba ang pwedeng ikaso sa mga to?
