me nagsabi po sa akin na ang marital infidelity though considered as psychological violence under RA 9262, eh hindi daw naman po considered na punishable act. Tunay po ba? Paano po yun kung tunay nga, di hindi mabibilanggo ang mga demonyong lalaking ito.

@ rosepetal violence against women and children is a criminal case so may kulong tlga po 12 yrs imprisonment depende sa evidence... dapat kc concubinage but mahirapkc patunayan un so sa ra 92six2 nlng ang marital infedility.It happens po sa amin.

Atty,follow up questions..evidence like alot of pictures that i gathered through social media facebook as in alot...what are the evidence/s that the court can considered formthis petition..
