Can i use my right against double jeopardy in an administrative proceedings?
For example, ang hatol sa akin suspension for 15 days sa kasong sexual harassment in the work place due to texting malicious and obscene messages. After i serve my punishment, pwede pa ba uli ako kasuhan ng management ng violation of company policy on immorality? O yun na yung unang kaso na SH.

I learned my lesson. That was the 1st and last time na.
So, tama ho ba na di na nila ako pwede pang kasuhan ng kung anu-ano related sa original na kasalanan ko once na natapos na yung punishment ko.Natatakot ho kasi ako na baka pagnatapos na yung suspension ko, bigla na nila ako i-terminate.

Im a gudboy naman.Shes the one who started it all. Gumanti lang ako,sa maling paraan.
Anyway,maybe guys you can give your opinion regarding dun sa nai-post ko under CRIME categ. ( RA 7877 vs RA 4200). Its related to my post here. Please any one!?
