your remedy is to file a petition in court to nullify your marriage on the basis that it is bigamous. you will need a lawyer to assist you. your primary evidence should be the two marriage certificates from nso and testimony that the person in the first marriage cert is the same person in the second one.

how come this double marriage occur eh db me cenomar namn n hinihingi whether simbhan or sa civil.. diba nila dinodouble check ang mga requirements na cinsbmit sa knila especially NSO certificates like cenomar and birthcertificate..
