Dear Attorney,

My friend purchased a 2 bedroom condominium with Robinsons Land within metro manila under preselling stage amounting to 3M+ and already made a payment of 250K (6 months / 24months) for monthly installment.

Rght now, he wanted not to continue the contract and want his money back..Is it possible? and how can he redeemed his previous payment made (250K)? Can he get the whole 250k or no?

Please help.

wrong section, but if he is just changing his mind, he is not legally entitled to a refund until he has paid at least 2 years worth of installments.
