Hi all,
What if in the resignation letter of an employee, the date of effectivity is only less than 30d? Let's say 4 days? Is that valid? And also if the employee is advised to "not go to work" for those 4 days till the effectivity date of resignation, and instead the manager decides that those 4 days will be considered his terminal leave, can the company do that?

If the manager and the employee get into an altercation and the manager says that either one of them will resign, and the employee resigns out of emotion, is there anything that the resigned employee can file against the manager and company?
