Arresto Menor

I will be resigning effective September 10, last day of work is August 30 and will be on terminal leave from August 31 to September 10. My new employer wants me on board by September 2. Legally can I go on board on September 2 while I'm on Terminal Leave? By law, can this be done?

My 2 cents again.

Legally speaking, alam ko hinde. Breached of contract yun. Kasi bayad naman yang terminal leave mo (assuming na may credits ka pa) tapos babayaran ka din ng bago mong employer sa araw na yun.

Technically moonlighting na yun dba. Kumita ka sa dalawang employer kung saan pumasok ka sa isang contrata na solely para sa kanila ka lang in the period of time or until sa pinagkasunduan nyo sa resignation.

Kapag nalaman nila pwede kang kasuhan dyan Kapag hinde. Ehdi hinde.

Wag mo na lang ipaalam
