Good afternoon to our respective lawyers,
I would like to ask for a second opinion, regarding to a car I sold to the 2nd owner, 3 yrs ago. The issue here is i have submitted to them the certified true copy of the change of lower engine block and now they were claiming that I wasnt able to notify them during the said transaction, I am full aware i gave them all the necessary documents, though my failure is to have them all received. Now they sent me a 'demand letter' And i feel am being harassed. And I was wondering why it took them 3 yrs to check and they were able to register it for 3 consecutive years ( with stencil ) they did not even bothered to check with me.
