Arresto Menor

Hi po, I would like to know kung ano po ang best way kong gawin? I just discovered while I was cleaning our house na may dumating na summon for me. I asked my 13 year old pamangkin kung sya ang naka-receive nun, she said yes daw at nakalimutan nya ibigay sakin. I checked with the date it was served and it was a month past na from the date it was served. What would happen po? Or any advise kung ano po ang dapat kong gawin? Makukulong po ba ako? Tnx.
