Hi! I'm a fresh grad and started my first job at a travel agency last October. I'd like to quit my job and look for one with a higher salary as I am only being paid 150 daily and work 3 days a week. I'll be getting my salary on dec1 and I'm planning to resign after I get it. Is ok for me or do that? Do I still need to give 2weeks notice? I did not sign any contract when I was hired.
