Hi,

We are told that all employees will join a new company after a buy-out is fully consumated.

Is it an option not to join the new company and request for redundancy pay instead?

Appreciate your advise please.

it's not your call.. kung hindi ni offer.. you can't demand.. pag di ka nag join.. then you are considered resign.. wala kang makukuha..
