Gud day sir, I work for 5 years in a medical equipment Service company, with a yearly project basis contract. No regularization was offered.My contract ended last oct 26, and not renewed without any explanation/reason. Do I receive a separation pay? Thank you in advance.

as you said, you are not a regular employee and every year they just renew your contract. So no separation pay. Your employment ended with the end of your contract.

good that you gave more details.

imo, sales is not necessarily a project-based position, especially if the line of products which you were selling are still being sold. if so, the remedy is to file a complaint at nlrc.
