Good Day!

Hindi ko alam san dapat 'to post but i really need help. Bago ako kinasal nagkaroon ako ng dalawang anak at magkaiba ang tatay. Parehas hindi inacknowledge ang dalawang bata. Nakalagay sa Birth Certificate nila ay ang middle name at last name ko. N/A ang nakalagay sa father. Ngayon kasal na ko at gusto ng asawa ko isunod sa apelyido nya ang mga anak ko. Paano po namin ito gagawin? Thank you!
