Our marriage has already been anulled. He remarried abroad to a widow with a child also living here. He eventually legally adopts her child. If he dies, will my children be given the right to decide on his funeral arangements? If not, who should decide on this? As far as I know he has no properties but he has bank accounts here. Who is the rightful heir to his money in the banks?

Since there is no testamentary will, the rules of intestate succession shall be followed. All of the children shall have equal parts.
